It has been since 2018 that we have blogged a trip. Health reasons and then the Covid pandemic have been the reasons for no trips. During this past summer we did go to Alaska but did not blog. Now we are on a huge trip to Australia and New Zealand and hope you will enjoy coming along.

Our flights on American Airlines to Los Angeles, then Sydney, and then Adelaide went very well. We crossed the International Date Line for the first time and right now are a day into most of your futures. We are in Adelaide until tomorrow (January 5th) when we are scheduled to board the Grand Princess for a 19 day cruise. We have to take a covid test tonight, but we are assuming we are negative. Hopefully the internet will be good enough to send out additional pages to this trip.

Here are some pictures of Adelaide. It is a lovely city with green space everywhere. The Economist magazine named it the third best city in the World to live in.
